Jemma
Business Owner & Dog Walker
Hello, my name is Jemma and I am the business owner of Zoomies With Jemma. My background resides in the health care field, where I have gained a degree in Adult Nursing and 6 years experience as a registered nurse. After a lot of thought, I decided to take that really scary jump and dive head first into a new challenge, to what brings me the most drive and passion which is dogs and animals.
Although, I don't have a professional background in animal care, I have a personal one. Growing up, I was lucky to have had a menagerie of pets, from dogs, cats, chickens, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits and even a snake. This has enabled me to gain copious amounts of knowledge and experience in animal care. I am dog first aid and CPR trained.
I currently own a springer spaniel, called, Bailey and a Labrador, called, Sadie. As you can imagine, they keep me on my toes. I'm sure most dog and animal owners will agree when I say that they remind me everyday, that life is a gift and having a dog or other animal lightens your life in an area you never knew was dark until the day you brought them home. Working with dogs and animals everyday really is the dream.
As a pet owner myself, I can understand that you want to ensure that your dog or pet is receiving the same high standard of care that you provide. Zoomies With Jemma strives to achieve that high standard and can provide a variety of services which can be tailored to you and your pets needs. I look forward to meeting you and your furry loved ones!

Dog walker
Sammy is the newest and first member joining the team, starting October 2025. She’ll be working part-time, supporting with group walks, solo walks, and pop-in visits. Sammy has watched the business grow since day one and has always wanted to be part of it — so it’s amazing to finally have her on board! Although she doesn’t have a professional background in animal care, she’s grown up with all kinds of pets and has such a natural love for animals. She’s kind, dependable, and I completely trust her to give every pup the same love and care our clients expect. Sammy is also Dog first Aid and CPR trained.
